How do I make myself unavailable or available for calls to a specific hunt group?

As a member of more than one hunt groups, you can make yourself unavailable for calls to a specific hunt group and stay available for calls to all the other hunt groups.
Prerequisites:
  • OpenScape Cloud or an Advanced Telephony Connector working with OpenScape Voice is set up and enabled allowing you to make and receive phone calls through the Circuit application.

  • You are a member of more than one hunt groups.

  1. To make yourself unavailable for calls to a specific hunt group and remain available for the other hunt groups:
    • On the web client and Desktop App, click your agent status icon. A pop-up window opens.

    • Navigate to Login status area. Your hunt groups are listed at the bottom of the pop-up window. You can view your login status for each hunt group, as well as the name or the pilot number of the group.

    • Click located on the left pane of Circuit application.

    • Navigate to the dial pad. Enter the access code and the pilot number of the hunt group you want to sign out and then click Call.
      Note:

      You have to contact the administrator to get the access codes that are needed.

      Your status at the specific hunt group will turn to unavailable. Since you are unavailable at least at one hunt group, your agent status will turn to unavailable. You will remain available for the other hunt groups.

    • On a Unify phone, press the first programmable sensor key to toggle the agent status from available to unavailable.

  2. To make yourself available for calls to a specific hunt group where you are shown as busy:
    • On the web client and Desktop App, click your agent status icon. A pop-up window opens. Since you are busy for a specific hunt group, your agent status will be unavailable.

    • Navigate to Login status area. Your hunt groups are listed at the bottom of the pop-up window. You can view your login status for each hunt group, as well as the name or the pilot number of the group.

    • Click located on the left pane of Circuit application.

    • Navigate to the dial pad. Enter the access code and the pilot number of the hunt group you want to sign in again and then click Call.
      Note:

      Your status at the specific hunt group will turn back to available.

    • On a Unify phone, press the first programmable sensor key to toggle the agent status from unavailable to available.

    Since you are available for all your hunt groups, your agent status will turn to available.
