Can I rate the audio/video quality of a conference call?
The call quality rating feature is a way to provide feedback for the audio/video quality of the conference calls.
- On the web client, Desktop App, and mobile clients, when a conference ends, a pop-up is shown asking to rate the audio/video quality of your call by selecting one of the following options:
- Poor call quality
- Fair call quality
- Good call quality
- Very good call quality
- Excellent call quality
- Once you select one of the options click or tap Submit.
