Configuring your user profile (Mobile client)

You can configure your profile at any time to change your picture, user name, email address, phone number, company name, and job position.

  • On the iOS mobile client:
    1. Tap , then tap the topmost area containing your picture, name, status and location information.
    2. Tap Edit.
    3. Update your profile information as required.

      You can change your picture, user name, email address, phone number, company name, and job position.

    4. Tap Done to save your changes or Cancel to undo, then tap the back arrow to return to the settings menu.
    5. To return to the Conversations view, tap X.
  • On the Android mobile client:
    1. Go to the top-left side navigation drawer, then tap the topmost area containing your picture, name, and status.
    2. Tap .
    3. Update your profile information as required.

      You can change your picture, email address, phone number, company name, and job position

    4. Tap to save your changes or X to undo, then tap the back arrow to return to the navigation drawer.
    5. To close the navigation drawer and return to the Conversations view, swipe to the left or tap anywhere off of the navigation drawer.
Note:

Please enter your phone number as an international number including “+”, country code, area code, and your local phone number.

Example: +49 1234 56789
