Favorites

Favorites help you to store the most frequently used conversations in one place.

  1. To access the Favorites panel, click or tap .
    • On the web client and Desktop App, the Favorites selector is located in the pane on the left of the Circuit application.

    • On the iOS mobile client, Favorites selector is located in the bottom of the Circuit application.

    • On the Android mobile client, Favorites selector is located in the top of the Circuit application.

  2. To add a conversation to Favorites:
    • On the web client and Desktop App, click the star icon to the left of the conversation title.

    • On the iOS mobile client, swipe left on the conversation.

    • On the Android mobile client, navigate to the conversation selector, perform a long press on the targeted conversation and then tap Add to Favorites.

    A new conversation is going be added as the last item to the Favorites panel.

    In addition, all favorite conversations on the web client are marked with the grey star icon to the left of the conversation title.

  3. By default, the conversations in Favorites are managed automatically by the system, so that the most recent conversation appears as the last item in the panel.

    To change the order of your conversations in Favorites:

    1. navigate to the Favorites panel and click Edit
    2. drag and drop the conversation to the position of your preference
    3. click Done to confirm a new order of your conversations within Favorites.
  4. To remove the conversations from Favorites:
    1. navigate to the Favorites panel and click Edit
    2. drag and drop the conversation to the recycle bin located at the bottom of the Favorites panel.
    3. click Done.

    A conversation is going to be removed from the Favorites panel.

  5. By clicking on a conversation in the Navigation panel, you will be redirected to the corresponding conversation.
When you receive a new message in one your markded as favorite conversation then green circle indicator with the number of unread messages will appear in the avatar of the conversation.
