Audio settings reset to Default after upgrade of Chrome browser

Issue: Google just released Chrome v52. We observed that after the browser upgrade takes place to v52 , the "Audio output" and "Microphone" settings are reset to default. We are investigating why this has occurred.

User impact: Once the Chrome browser updates to v52, the audio and microphone settings revert back to "default", which may affect the audio preferences selected by some users. For some users, they may experience a loss of 2-way audio communication.

User action: If the "default" setting is not the proper setting for a given user, the user will need to re-select their preferred device settings.
This is accomplished via: Settings > Audio / Video > Audio output (user changes to preferred device here), > Microphone (user changes to preferred device here), > Camera (user changes to preferred device here)
