Joining conference call via Guest Access may result in loss of audio

A software bug exists with the Chrome browser (i.e. version 53.0.xxxx.yy or lower) that may impact the audio setting upon joining a Circuit conference call via the “Guest Access” link. On October 13, 2016, Google released Chrome version 54.0.2840.59m to correct this software bug. If you are experiencing a problem with audio upon joining a Circuit conference call via the “Guest Access” link, please update the Chrome browser to the latest released version, i.e. version 54.0.2840.59m, minimum.
