Cannot start a call

I tried to start a call a few seconds ago, but only a message “communication error” appeared. Is there anything known about that?

at the moment this is not a known issues. It could be helpful if you clear your browser cache, because the issue could be caused by Chrome functionality caching websites to your local HD. Then websites maybe loaded from your local HD instead from internet. Start Circuit, click on your name, then settings and diagnostics. Here you will find “clear local cache”. If it’s not working for you, you should get in contact with Circuit support team.
